Talking to Local 18, Parvesh Kumar, owner of Dev Snacks Bar, said that he runs this stall along with his brother. It has been 19 years since he sold chap here. Earlier this stall used to belong to his uncle, after that he learned to make Malai Chaap and other things from him, now he is running this stall along with his brothers.
